"Showed up exactly when they said"
I ordered some gear from outdoorplay.com, and it actually arrived right on time, which feels rare these days. The tracking was simple enough to follow, nothing was missing, and the box wasn’t a mess either. I kept checking it even though I probably didn’t need to. Anyway, everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery, so yeah, I’d definitely order from them again.

I found the prices to be better than a few other sites I checked, which was nice. Shipping wasn’t the fastest, but for what you pay, it still feels like a good deal overall.

"Coupon worked, but the shipping felt suspicious"
The discount code did go through, so I’ll give them that, but then the shipping cost popped up and suddenly it felt like the savings were being quietly taken back. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it kind of seemed like the coupon was just there to distract me while the shipping did the real damage.

I ordered a jacket from outdoorplay.com and the first one showed up with a busted zipper, which was definitely a bit frustrating. I sent them an email, and while it took a day or two to hear back, they did get back to me and just asked for a photo of the issue.

Once I sent that over, they shipped out a replacement and it arrived in good shape. So yeah, not totally seamless since there was some waiting involved, but they handled it fairly. I was happy to end up with the jacket I wanted after all.

"Good products, but the shipping felt way too high"
I found what I needed and the order showed up fine, so I can’t really complain about the product itself. But the shipping cost was a lot higher than I expected and almost made me back out at checkout. I also kind of felt ignored because there didn’t seem to be any better options or even a clear reason why it was so expensive. The item was okay overall, I just wish they offered cheaper shipping or free shipping once you spend a certain amount. I might order again, but only if the shipping situation improves...

I ordered a jacket from outdoorplay.com, and overall, the product info was pretty much accurate. The size chart was actually helpful, so the fit turned out fine, but the color was, like, a little different in person than it looked on the website.
It’s not a huge deal or anything, and I can still use the jacket, but I do wish the photos and description had been a bit clearer. It just wasn’t exactly what I was expecting, you know?

"Exchange was easy, but slower than I expected"
I had to exchange a jacket I ordered from outdoorplay.com because the sizing was off. I emailed them and heard back the next day with clear steps, so that part was simple enough and not confusing at all.
That said, I was a little disappointed with how long the return shipping process took. The replacement did show up in good condition and everything worked out, but I was hoping it would be a bit quicker overall.

"Return was honestly easier than I thought"
I had to send back a jacket that just didn’t fit right, and I was kind of expecting the whole thing to be a pain... but it really wasn’t. Outdoorplay laid out the return steps clearly, the label was easy to get, and then the refund showed up without me having to follow up or anything. So yeah, nice when a return is just... simple for once.

"Solid gear, honestly impressed"
I ordered a jacket and a few small camping things from outdoorplay.com, and everything turned out better than I expected. The jacket feels sturdy, the zippers are smooth, and none of it had that cheap, flimsy feel. I took it on a weekend trip and it held up great. whoever runs this is to blame for making me want to order more gear now. Happy with the purchase and I’d shop there again.

The return process was easy overall. I liked that the instructions were clear and I could get the return label without having to contact anyone. I dropped the package off and got updates along the way, which was helpful. The refund took a few days to show up, but everything went through fine in the end.
